My Intro to Art class have mostly completed their 1-Point Perspective collages (previously mentioned on an update post HERE).
This individual project served as a review of the Elements and Principles of Art. Students created a magazine collage in the background that showcased one color scheme that was reviewed in our Color Theory handout (complementary, analogous, etc). After that, a 3 dimensional perspective portion was added using mostly recycled materials. The final results can be seen below.

All completed projects are currently on display
in the case at the entrance of the high school.
Thank you to Mrs. Beauchamp for the donated paint samples - they were put to good use in the display case!
Shout out to Trenton & Mya for creating the new border!
Also thank you to Mason & Alex for setting up the display case shelves :)

This week in Art class we were assigned a project that required us to take out newspapers and magazines. We folded them, and shaped them into various objects. It enabled us to express our creativity by letting us create anything we wanted. There were bowls, spinning tops, picture frames and other items made!
P.S. Art is awesome.
