The Art 7 class spent this week creating an absolutely adorable holiday project. First, they made the background using tempera paint. Some chose to paint with a brush, others with a sponge... and color combinations were the students' choice. Next, patterned pages (like the ones seen left) were made with sharpie markers. These pages would later be used to make buildings and all structures of their village with scissors and glue sticks. Students then spent a few days assembling their village together. The last step was adding snow via splatter painting and voila!
