This week in Art class we picked a famous artist and then we created a grid enlargment. We chose from Andy Warhol, M.C Escher, Salvador Dali, Vincent Van Gogh, Ansel Adams, Jackson Pollock, Pablo Picasso and Leonardo Da Vinci. After making a choice between these artists, we worked within our groups to recreate one of their pieces.
Students were told to paint, but not only paint but use salt in the water paint to make a creative design, then they were told to use a sponge to create another unique design on their paintings, the students had to have at least six sections with three being different design.
