Community Project Day 2019 - Check!

 Our Chapter of the National Honor Society completed our last large event for the school year today with the annual Community Project Day! ​

All students volunteered in and around the communities of Hermansville and Powers in the morning at over TWENTY different locations. After volunteering, everyone ate a delicious cook out lunch(Shout out to CHERIE!!), we took our school-wide photo, and finished the day with fun activities around the school. 

For the first time, the Sophomore class planned one hour of field games, which went great! After a short break students went to various classrooms/locations at school for movies, games, corn hole tournaments and a little basketball. 

​This is also traditionally the last day of high school for our Seniors! We'll recognize their hard work next week at Senior Awards Night on Wednesday starting at 6pm.
